I am a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) and AAAI (American Aerobic Association International) both nationally recognized. I have a specialty certification in Midlife Fitness for Women from AFAA. My latest specialty certification is in Kettlebell training through Kettlebell Concepts another national recognized organization. After becoming certified I fell in love with kettlebells. They are a great workout especially for those who don't like cardio! I continue to look forward to bring my clients the newest techniques to keep training fun! I have resided in East Windsor for 14 years with my husband Michael and our 2 daughters, Victoria and MacKenzie. Before becoming a personal trainer I worked as a retail manager for Lord and Taylor for 6 years and then in insurance and billing for a dental office for 10 years. I have always believed in great customer service. I treat people the way I would like to be treated.
After my own struggles with weight gain during both pregnancies I made the time for myself, while working full-time and raising 2 little girls, I lost 45 pounds and 4 sizes. Following my life change I decided to make a career change as well. I wanted to do something that made me happy, helping other people achieve their goals as I did. I have always believed in being fit and healthy. My definition of fit and healthy is a little different than most, I believe it means being able to move your body without pain and discomfort. I believe in eating healthy and drinking lots of water.
As a Personal trainer I want to help others by educating them about living a healthy and fit lifestyle. Taking my clients to the next level and helping them reach their fitness goals.
4 Elements mission statement:
As a Fitness Professional I want to help others by educating them about living a healthy and fit lifestyle, by taking my clients to the next level and helping them reach their fitness goals!
